  1. 订单确认
    • 下单后不接受取消订单,订单进入备货流程后,不接受修改商品、颜色或收件地址。
  2. 预购商品
    • 预购商品预计出货时间为 2-3 个星期(不含周末及公共假期),请耐心等候。
  3. 商品状况
    • 商品在生产与运输过程中,可能存在 小于 0.5cm 的细微污点或小瑕疵,不影响穿着,恕不接受退换或退款。

      以下情况不属于瑕疵范围:

      • 线头 / 轻微脱线
      • 轻微不对称 / 车线不齐
      • 面料轻微染点 / 压痕
      • 因包装或运输导致的折痕
      • 少量可清理的浮毛、粉笔印
      • 未开好的纽扣眼(可自行剪开,不影响穿着)
  4. 发货与物流
    • 因物流或其他不可控因素导致的延迟送达,订单依然有效,恕不接受取消或退款。
  5. 色差说明
    • 商品图片可能因灯光、拍摄及屏幕显示不同而产生色差,颜色请以实物为准,不属于退换货原因。
  6. 尺寸问题
    • 尺寸可能因测量方式不同存在 1-3cm 误差,属正常范围,不属于退换范围。
    • 建议顾客在下单前参考尺寸表并确认合适尺码。
  7. 退换条件
    • 仅限在收到商品后 7天内发现严重瑕疵(如破损、明显大污渍等)才可申请退换,逾期恕不受理。
    • 退换商品须保持 全新、未清洗、未使用 且附有完整吊牌与包装。
  8. 清洗与护理
    • 建议遵照洗标指示清洗。因不当清洗或使用造成的损坏,不在退换范围内。
  9. 包裹签收
    • 若包裹无人签收或因收件资料填写错误导致退回,需由顾客自行承担二次运费。
  10. 特别说明
  • 特价商品、折扣商品及活动商品不接受退换货。

 

Purchase Terms & Conditions

Dear customers, to protect both parties’ rights and provide a better shopping experience, please read the following terms carefully before placing an order:

  1. Order Confirmation
    • Once an order is confirmed, no cancellation can be made. After entering the processing stage. After entering the processing stage, product changes, color changes, or address modifications will not be accepted.
  2. Pre-Order Items
    • Pre-order items are estimated to be shipped within 2–3 weeks (excluding weekends and public holidays). Thank you for your patience.
  3. Product Condition
    • Due to the production and delivery process, items may have minor stains or flaws smaller than 1cm. These do not affect wearability and are not eligible for return or refund.

      The following are not considered defects:


    • Loose threads or slight mis-stitching
    • Minor asymmetry in seams
    • Small fabric marks, dye spots, or pressure marks
    • Wrinkles caused by packaging or delivery
    • Removable lint, dust, or chalk marks
    • Uncut buttonholes (can be easily trimmed open, does not affect wearability)
  4. Shipping & Logistics
    • Delays caused by courier services or other uncontrollable factors do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund. Orders will remain valid.
  5. Colour Disclaimer
    • Product images may vary in color due to lighting, photography, or different screen displays. Please refer to the actual product as the standard. Color differences are not a valid reason for return or exchange.
  6. Size Disclaimer
    • Measurement methods may cause a 1–3cm variation in size, which is within the normal range and not eligible for return.
    • Customers are advised to refer to the size chart and confirm the correct size before placing an order.
  7. Return & Exchange Policy
    • Only severe defects (e.g., large visible stains, obvious damage) reported within 7 days (seller to define time limit) after receiving the product are eligible for return or exchange. Late requests will not be accepted.
    • Returned items must be in brand-new condition, unwashed, unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  8. Care Instructions
    • Please follow the washing label instructions. Damage caused by improper washing or handling is not eligible for return or exchange.
  9. Parcel & Delivery
    • If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address details or failure to receive the package, the customer will bear the cost of re-delivery.
  10. Special Note
  • Discounted, promotional, or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

4. 退货要求

  • 商品必须保持 全新、未清洗、未使用 状态,并附有完整吊牌与包装。
  • 顾客需在客服确认后于规定时间内寄回商品,逾期不予受理。
  • ⚠️ 若退回商品经检查不存在瑕疵问题,卖家将不承担任何费用,顾客需自行承担重新邮寄运费。
  • ⚠️ 若商品以不合格状态(如污损、已穿着、缺少吊牌/配件等)退回,卖家有权拒收并不予退款,且商品不会寄回买方。

5. 运费说明

  • 若因卖方责任(发错货、严重瑕疵),来回运费由卖方承担。
  • 若因买方原因(如买错尺寸/颜色、不喜欢等),顾客需 自行承担来回运费。

  • Conditions considered normal and not defects:
    • Measurement variations of 1–3cm
    • Minor stains or flaws under 0.5cm

4. Return Requirements

  • Items must remain in brand-new, unwashed, unworn condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Customers must return the item within the timeframe specified by customer service after approval. Late returns will not be accepted.
  • ⚠️ If the returned item is found without defects, the seller will not be responsible for any cost. The customer must bear the re-delivery shipping fee.
  • ⚠️ If the item is returned in an unsuitable condition (e.g., worn, stained, missing tags/accessories), the seller reserves the right to reject the return, issue no refund, and the product will not be sent back to the customer.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to the seller’s responsibility (wrong item, major defect), the seller will cover both-way shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to the buyer’s reason (wrong size, wrong color, dislike, etc.), the customer must bear all shipping costs (both ways).
